After many years of freelance experience I have developed this work flow that I believe best serves my clients as well as my creative process:

1.     A standard 50% deposit via PayPal is required before any work can begin.

2.     Clients will receive concept sketches and be encouraged to give feedback until satisfied with the direction of the project.

3.     Final designs are in vector format, and clients are still encouraged to give feedback until 100% satisfied.

4.     Upon final payment, clients receive the master file of their project as well as an invoice for your records.
